While trying to execute the test, I can see many of test are 'Not-Runnable'
Attaching a screenshot for ref.
Please let me know how this can be rectified.

Go into Test->Windows->Test List Editor. Click on the 'Refresh' button (the page with 2 green circle arrows on them, see attached).

Thanks for that Rayben.
But whenever I try to run any Unit test ( eg. login), the test fails with the following error message:

The load test results database could not be opened. Check that the load test results database specified by the connect string for your Test Controller (or local machine) specifies a database that contains the load test schema and that is currently available. For more information, see the Visual Studio Team System help topic 'About the Load Test Results Store'. The connection error was: A network-related or instance-specific error occurred while establishing a connection to SQL Server. The server was not found or was not accessible. Verify that the instance name is correct and that SQL Server is configured to allow remote connections. (provider: Shared Memory Provider, error: 40 - Could not open a connection to SQL Server)

snapshot attached for ref.

Any idea how can this be resolved??

@Vinay: you need to read the 'About the Load Test Results Store' and setup your database as described in that section. This is a feature of Visual Studio, not the benchmark, and is handled by Visual Studio documentation.
