Hi Anantha,

Looks like all errors come down to the following issue:

Cannot write to the output file "obj\Debug\Microsoft.Dynamics.Benchmark.CreationAndPostingOfGenaralJournals.CreationAndPostingOfLedgerJournalExceptionMessages.resources". The specified path, file name, or both are too long. The fully qualified file name must be less than 260 characters, and the directory name must be less than 248 characters.

Sounds like the location that you have saved the file causes visual studio to exceed MAX_PATH (248) for some file names. You may have saved it in something like "c:\users\Anantha\Documents\Visual Studio Projects\Benchmark Toolkit Codeplex" which makes this path too long.

Can you please try saving it off a simple directory off the root of your hard drive (e.g., c:\BenchmarkToolkit) and seeing if the issue still occurs.

Thanks
Ray

Ray

Thanks for your help. I will try doing that.
In the mean time parallely i tried the following

I installed the Benchmark Toolkit exe and as per the document generated the proxies by going through the command prompt.
I opened the solution file and then rebuild the solution. The solution got rebuilded without any errors .

So I proceeded further and then tried running a load test 'Sales Quotation' available in the solution. The test is running but it is also throwing me a error.

TestError TestError 545 Test method Microsoft.Dynamics.Benchmark.TestProject.SalesQuotationToSalesOrder.SalesQuotationFull threw exception: Microsoft.Dynamics.Benchmark.Tools.ToolsException: Could not add the user DOMAIN\araman to the session manager pool..

Can you kindly help in resolving this ?

Regards
Anantharaman V
